This region is mostly inhabited by Pashtuns, who live by a traditional code called Pashtunwali. Their culture values honor, hospitality, bravery, and respect for elders.

  2. Peshawari Karahi – Made with tomatoes, green chilies, garlic, and large meat chunks.

  3. Kabuli Pulao – Rice dish with lamb, raisins, carrots, and nuts.
